Default P0010 Woes

Hi all, 2002 Quattro 1.8t 169k

I have the infamous P0010 camshaft position sensor code. I replaced the camshaft position sensor two times and the code won't go away. I even used an OEM Bosch CPS and the code is still present. Is there something else I should look at? I checked the 20A fuse and it's fine.
I have been trying to fix this for three weeks now. I don't know what else to look for.
Thanks in advance!

Probably your timing chain tensioner, if you haven't already fixed the issue
