Default P1556 - I am confused after doing some reading

I have done some search about this code but I am confused since the problem I have can't really be explained with the results I found...

First off. I have a 2002 Audi A4 1.8t CVT (chipped APR) 127K miles
I have recently changed spark plugs and coils (7K ago)

Today in the morning I went out for errands no problem came back... but an hour later when I tried to start the car It cranked but didn't start. Tried couple of times and it started but idled very rough so I killed the engine. (no lights in the dash)

I pulled the following codes.
VIN: Mileage: 203750km/126604miles
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

3 Faults Found:
18062 - Please check DTC Memory of Instrument Cluster
P1654 - 004 - No Signal/Communication - Intermittent
17964 - Charge Pressure Control: Negative Deviation
P1556 - 002 - Lower Limit Exceeded - Intermittent
16502 - Engine Coolant Temp. Sensor (G62): Signal too High
P0118 - 002 - Lower Limit Exceeded
Readiness: 0000 0000
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I cleared the codes and it started right up and did not have another problem.

Now from what I read it looks like the P1556 points to waste gate valve ( I already have the new version installed) . But it doesn't explain the not starting or running rough at idle.

I have read on the VW forum that it could be the MAF but in the Audi forum nobody mentions that...

Any help?

Thanks

Serkan

BTW I can't find any information about the P1556 in the Bentley manual. Do you have any idea why?
