Paint scratches

I have several minor scratches around my black paint. Usual spots, hood, keyhole, etc..

Is there anything out there that I can use to quickly take care of these? Anything you guys have used in the past?

Hmm i use the nxt wax and its gets out most of the smalller scratches. As for the large ones i have a exact color matched pen.
