The passenger-side wiper-arm's clip has broken (the clip that holds the blade). What's the easiest/cheapest way to fix this? Also, when it says left/right wiper-arm, is that the Driver's left/right or someone who is looking at the car from the front?! I would just goto the dealer, but damn they charge so much for everything :'(

 

when they talk about right or left they are talking about when your sitting in the driver seat. so you would be correct the driver left and right. if all else fails just buy a new wiper arm from either a junk yard or the stealership you might get lucky and find one at autozone or advanceautoparts
