My issue is that there is a ton of lag and the car is sluggish, the boost "skips" up a few psi then goes to 18 then goes down to 10 then up to 15... I also don't hear my turbo like I used to, I hear more of an air sound from the intake, I don't hear the high pitched whistle.

Tests I did:
Pressure tested, didn't find leaks, adjusted wastegate actuator to open at ~10psi, tried the stock DV and a Forge...

Mods: GT2X (oil/water cooled) - N249 bypass - Hyperboost DV - VMR test pipe - Speedtuning tune - 415cc genesis injectors
