someone please help me figure out this issue with the car, i have a 03 audi a4 and i had a vaccum booster hose which was broken and also some electrical issues.

I just changed the booster hose and it seems to have more power. NOW>> the problem comes when the triangle light with a circle around it I think its the ESP light flashed then afterwards when i turned on my headlights the battery indicator came on and lights sort of dimmed for a second.

I have LED tail lights with resistors on them and also LED headlights ...could this be causing my car to run as if its having a dying alternator or my alternator is fine and there is too much load on it? when i recently had my alternator checked the loaded was around 13.26 and no load was 14.07

please help me figure out what to do, i would hate to buy a new alternator just to try to fix this issue.
