Default Problem with starting my Audi

Hey guys I am having this problem with my 2003 Audi A4 5pd

I tried to look in the forum for a thread like mine but couldn't find it so I really need help.

Everytime I start the car and I turn the key the car starts and shuts off, when I turn it second time its fine.
Next time I get it out of gear and put it in neutral and start the carand still the same thing happens.

I am wondering is this a problem with the starter, or fuel filter, injectors.... I am just clueless I can't think of what the problem could be. Sometimes when the car starts after the second time the RPM's are like around 1200 usually they are around 800 it feels like you are holding on the gas while you are in neutral lol.

Please help me guys

Thanks

Replace the fuel filter and run some seafoam after to clean the injectors. Clean the maf sensor. If you still have a problem i'd look at the pump or the pressure regulator.

Is the check engine light on? Are there any pending codes stored? Have seen crap fuel cause problems like this. Try running 93 octane & see if it improves.
It would be good if you could a get fuel pressure reading when you go & start it.
