rattles from passenger seat back, anyway to fix it?

All,

I'm looking for a rattle for quite some time and finally find it. It is coming from passenger seat back. It rattles when no one seat on it. Is there a way to tight up the seat back?

A clip loose? Is the recliner all the way in the up position latched on the wall?
