Ok, so first off, I did search but some of the directions I found were unclear. I need to change the oil on my 04 A4 1.8T this week and want to reset the interval light without having to take it to the dealer. Is there a proceedure that I can do at the house to reset the maintenance indicator light? Can somebody help me out with it and give me a step by step how-to?

Go here and sign up. It's a good idea to search different forums. Something that isn't here might be somewhere else. I use Audizine, Audiworld, Audiforum.us, Audisport.net... there are probably more, but these are the ones I have listed in my favorites.

 

Can't remember how to do this right now, but it's in the owners manual.
