The part# is 8E0955247. I did just two weeks ago replace that tiny clip. I got it from the dealer for a $1.00. Most will try to sell you the whole wiper arm unit. The part is available. This is the part # for "broken piece" only.

Ok, here's what I finally came up with (sorry this took a while to post).
As the good folks here mentioned, and I found out first hand at the dealership, here is the correct part number for the CLIP that breaks so easily:
8E0955247 or fully typed out: 8E0-955-247
This costs roughly $.75 per piece. I picked up three of them. I also got the replacement rubber blade inserts for dirt cheap, part number 895-955-429A.
My dealership was shocked that I needed "just the clip" and told me for the first time they'd been forced to order up just that particular part rather than the entire assembly (wiper arm + blade + mount bracket). They are flying off the shelves etc.
So good luck all, and if you do get the run-around from your dealer, just tell them to order you a bucket of these things and be done with it.
