Rough idle and low compression

Rough idle and low compression
03 1.8T Quattro Auto 87k
Rough idle and low compression, drives fine.
I put new plugs, coil packs, cleaned the TB, MAF and tested the fuel injectors to see if that would fix my rough idle, it didn't. After doing that I got a compression test done.
Cyl1 Comp 150
Cyl2 Comp 150
Cyl3 Comp 115
Cyl4 Comp 120
Codes are:
P0300
P0301
P0302
P0303
P0304
What's wrong and is there any way to fix this?
