Default Slow wiper DIY Repair

Okay so i have the slow wiper siezed up linkage assembly problem, im gonna strip it downat the weekend to fix it found some good how to's with pictures etc so faily confident i can do it but here is my question after cleaning all the crap off what is best to re-grease with? Red n Tacky? or Moly grease? adive appreciated

Any good grease that won't break down and flow out of the void. There isnt much space inside the cavity but there is definately a void between the brass sleeves that the spindle is seated in. The whole idea is just like a ball joint, keep the grease in place so moisture can't get to the surfaces and rust. When you disassemble be sure to keep any o-rings and spacers/washers so you can replace as needed.

+1 above, be gentle, it is a fragile and very precise part. the slightest tweak to the wiper arm assembly will have a wiper smacking the windshield or not staying on the surface.
