Default Speedometer and Odometer not working at start 2002 A4 Avant 3.0

I'm baffled and need some help. First post. For the past couple of weeks the speedometer and odometer on my 2002 A4 Avant does not work at start up. After a few miles and when the car warms up, they kick in. Tachometer works fine thoughtout. The car is not registering miles when the speedometer and odometer are not working, the trip computer doesn't work also. Also as they are not working, when I let go of the gas the car jerks a little. When they kick in, the car runs smooth. What on earth could be happening here? Has anyone had this problem?

Need fault codes from the instrument cluster before we can help you. Most likely with these electronic clusters thats the problem.

Im experiancing the same issue on my 2003 a4 with both speedometer and odometer not working, Unfortunately in my case the issue is not resolved after the car warms up. I havent noticed any issues with the car jerking forward, the car is running smoothly.
I unfortunately dont have the answers you are seeking, I am here seeking answers as well!
