Default Car seems to be working on 2 cylinders when I start it up in the morning.

For some reason (I noticed that it does it whenit iscold outside) when I start the car it seems to be working on 2 cylinders, it idles really bad. Does anyone know what to look for?

I have a 2002 Audi A4 1.8T, auto
