When the cars turned on, sometimes this strange annoying type buzzing will persist, then once in a while i'll just hit on the gas it'll stop. Never seen or heard of it before no one i know can help.

This happen to anyone before, if so what could i do?

 

Fuel filter/pump.

I had the same weird sound. Turned out to be a tiny pinhole in my exhaust right before the muffler.

 

Easy self-fix or cheap to get it done?

 

Easy self. Not expensive to pay either.
