Can someone please tell me what a MIL is??? I know that CEl means Check engine light but MIL?????

What the hell is that? What does it stand for?

It's the crazy light that comes on and could stand for like 300 different problems.
Never fun to see it! Had it pop up recently, luckily was only a $50 vacuum valve that needed to be replaced

CEL = MIL; different manufacturer acronyms for same troublesome light that says a diagnostic code was set by your vehicle.
