Angry Temperture sensor clip!

Hey guys! So this will be my second coolant temperature sensor clip i will need to replace! The worst thing is, that it happens on the weekend when the dealer is closed. I tryd going to a couple of auto parts stores, but they didn't have it! So Im without a car from Saturday afternoon till Monday when i get the clip and coolant G12 from the stealership!!

Has this happened to anybody? How did u fix it? Is there an alternative from the plastic one that blows off? Or do i just buy an extra for emergencies?

Thanks! -Okie

The only other place I know you can get it from is online, ECS is a good place for these little guys.

Guess what happened to me again for the third time on a weekend? Its not fun when ur with ur girl, and ur car breaks down. Temporary solution.....My girlfriends hair clip, it really did hold! Hopefully it will hold till i buy at least 2 clips. One to replace the one that was blown off, an the other for emergency!
