Unhappy tranny fluid leak?

about two or three weeks ago i was on the freeway go probably 80mph and there was a big piece of wood i would say about a 8x8 pretty big..... i tried to move out of the way but it hit my front right tire and hit the bottom of my vehicle... a couple days later my car started making a clicking sound and you could feel it through the stick when you were driving it does this noise in every gear except for reverse and right now i went under the vehicle and the drain plug for the tranny fluid had fluid on it and the fill plug had some on it and just everywhere around it you could see it was on it..... do you think it could of crack my tranny? i could see any big cracks on it but im not sure any ideas??

I would try cleaning EVERYTHING really well. Then let it sit for a while and see if you notice anymore fluid. If you don't see any, check whenever you can after going somewhere and try to pinpoint where it's coming from.

Does the clicking get any worse/better when you turn or change speed?

I would check out your CV axles while you're at it.
