I have an 03 a4 quattro w/ a tiptronic. Does anyone think its possible to change to a manual? Has anyone done this?

yea i figured it would be. My trans is slipping and i really dont want to put an automatic trans back in if i dont have to. A five speed would be much more fun. I noticed in the link you sent me that he was replacing his rear end to make it into a quattro but not swaping from an auto to a manual.

Thanks for all the research on your part everything that has went on so far is pointing to sealing from an AT to a MT is a no go.
