Hello I'm new to the forum and have been the owner of an 05 Audi A4 B6 for the
last 4 months, Today when I was heading to work I rolled my window down to get some fresh air and 2 or 3 hours later when I stopped to put gas in my car my window wouldn't roll back up I checked all the other switches from the driver's side and all of them worked expect my window. Later on in the day when I turn my headlights on every other door lights up expect my door my mirror switches doesn't tilit my mirror nor does the light illuminate can you guys help the new guy out much appreciated folks

 

​​​​​​Sounds to me like your wiring harness inside the door has come loose or has a wire that's either melted somewhere or came off. Check your fuse box for starters as it will kind of give u a hint if a wire is touching where it shouldn't be. As far as getting your window up. Take the inside door panel off push the window up and zip tie it to the black runner it goes up and down on. That will get you by.
