wheel fitment

I have got the chance to buy some RS4 19" wheels 112 stud pattern offset 42 just enquiring if these will fit my A4 B6 model 2003.

i have a tsw 19" with 235/35/19 on a 2003 a4 quattro and i never rubbed. i tried it first with a 245/35/19 and it looked better but when you hit a bump it rubs sometimes

Cheers mate mine is an A4 1.9 TDI will they still be ok with an offset of 42
