First I would like to thank everyone for their answers and contribution on this problem, it was a great help.

As it turned out it was the front right wheel bearing. The symptoms were a whining noise that was Speed related. The faster the car went the louder it got. I went for a ride with a tech. and he had me turn left and right at around 45mph (on an emty road) and he could hear that it was louder when I turned left and put the load on the right wheel.
I had it replaced @ a cost of approx. $400.
