Default Why new fog lights works only for few seconds?

Hi
I bought H11 30000K xentec lights with ballasts. I installed them and turn on. I was looking at them and lights turn off after about 10 seconds when they started to have their specific pink color. It happens every time when I turn on or off the switch. Sometimes they stop working together and sometimes only one (does not matter which left or right) turn off.

I check the fuse control module but there was no fuse for the fog lights. Like it would be unnecessary for it. There were listed fog lights in the chart.

Is there anybody know what could be the reason for it?

I bought this item: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Xente...Q5fAccessories

My car: audi a4 2004 1.8t ultra sport package s-line

Maybe a possible factory defect. I know when I installed the VVME kit, upon first power up nothing happened. But the connectors could have been plugged in either way so if not the first way I did it, I just turned them around and it worked fine.

yea the only thing i can think is putting the wires in backwards. I have heard not sure if its true or not that if u place the ballast in a certain area it will cause the light to short. Im not sure excatly where but maybe try to relocate ur ballast and see how things go.
