Default Window Issues

My passenger side front window makes a grind when you put it up or down. I feel like its off the track. How do i get the door panel off this thing? I can see the screws, but don't know if I'm missing anything or any of them.

Any tips?

If this helps, Its a 2005 1.8t Quattro.

There are should be total of 6 screws for the front door panel. 4 behind the wood trim (if you don't have wood trim, then they are behind the sliver door trim), 1 behind the door handle (you will see a hole under the door handle, look up from the hole you will see a screw there), and 1 at bottom of the panel (all the way down, right in the center).

To remove the door trim, use a flat screw driver and pop it little bit (just a little gap, don't pop it too hard) from the side near by rear view mirror, then you can slide it out. After you have removed all 6 screws, just pop the door panel along the edge. There are about 5 plastic clips holding the panel. Once you pop the panel loose, then just lift it up the panel should be off.

I recommend you get some new plastic clips handy because most likely you will break some while poping the panel. Also, do it with window roll down.

The window regulator is probably shot.
