I have an Audi A4 2004 .. The car will not start other way but using jumpers and other working car .. i went to walmart to get a new battery and still not working the next option its to change the wires ( - + ) for a new ones .. Any ideas ???

 

when you jump it are you connecting the positive to positive and the negative to a ground on your car? If this is working then I would suspect your negative battery cable is trash and your battery was probably fine.
