Smile $15 eBay VAG-COM Cable

So I got my eBay cable today, and no it was not $15 it was $16.26 shipped. I must say it took 2 weeks to get but was worth the wait.
After downloading the newest version of the Ross-Tech software I was unable to do anything with the new cable. I called on ouTTie914 to help me out. She then relayed a message from another Audi owner that I would need the older version of the software. I installed Release 409.1 For MODERN SERIAL Interfaces and it worked no problem.
I now have the ability to control my windows with the remote and there is no longer that damn seat belt chime!

With the eBay cable you can do simple comfort mods like seat belt chime, light mods, remote windows...
YOU CAN NOT manage AFR or more advanced features with the eBay cable and shareware Ross-Tech software.

Terrific! I received the cable and I found the seat belt chime codes. Where can I find the window codes, or any other codes? Thanks for your help!

Default headlamp angle?

Do you know if you can adjust the bi-xenon headlamp angle? Mine is way to high up on low beam

I think you can. I honestly haven't tried, but I know if you set the lights to euro mode, you can then set it to "tourist" mode and that will bring up the driver side light.

you could adjust the angle, manual unless you have adaptive, than I dont know!

remember this cable will only do the basics, it will not log, read anything can-bus! Its good for windows/seat/lights...but will not do anything major.
