get touch up paint as soon as you can to seal it up...when more spots occur and you just can't stand it any more..get it re-painted professionally. Fortunately, it's not going to rust..but seal it up so it won't spread....

do a google search, I am sure you can find it...I knew a place once "paintworld" not sure if they are still open, had matching paint for our cars!

 

I've never used any of these, but there's one called paintscratch.com that I think I've heard recommended.
