Neither the button on my key or the door will open the trunk and I can’t turn my key in the lock to manually open it. On top of that my convertible roof won’t go down. I read something about a valet button or function in the glove box that causes the trunk to be inoperable but I can’t find it anywhere. Does anyone know if that’s what it is or where I can find the valet button?
