How do I get access to the in-fender cluster to replace the brake light bulb? and is this the same bulb used for the (upper) turn indicator?

 

I hope you figured this out by now, but there is a small circular cover on the side trim you have to pry off. Then you can unscrew a bolt with a slotted screwdriver or big allen wrench, which allows you to pull the assembly away.
