I have a 2005 A4 2.0T and am at a loss on how to get the engine air filter out so that I can change it. Can anyone help on this?

They show that you have to take off the front of the snorkel, which is connected to the front bumper by screws, but you can just compress the middle accordion section to get it off and leave the front part connected.

 

When changing the filter, clean the snow screen! Clogs faster than the filter.

I clean mine annually using dish washing detergent.
