So got a factory OEM paint pen to fix some chips. Built up some paint layers using the pen--now I want to smooth them out so they're flush and smooth.

I know it wont look perfect, but whats the best way to smooth these out?

Wetsand with what? Polish with what? Rubbing cmpd?
