I'm guessing a drunk broke off my driverside mirror with his fist tonight after the hockey game. Just wandering if anyone else has had to have a mirror replaced, and what was all involved. Did the door have to be taken completely apart etc. Not looking forward to dealing with the insurance company and body shop. They usually try to use the fake aftermarket parts instead of the genuine from the manufacture. Can't just use a cheap o mirror. Mine has the defogging capability as well as the auto dimming built in.
