Hey guys got some a/c trouble, bought an 07 a4 2.0t, a/c is not working, the condenser fans I notice do not turn on, which probably tells the comPressor to not turn on, the fans do work I checked manually by jumping them to the batteries,

The systems is full of refrigerant and no leaks. is there anything else I can check? Am I correct if the fans do not turn on it will cause the compressor to not turn As a safety mechanism?
