Well, went to Auto Zone, and sure enough code P2181 popped up, and it is related to the cooling system. Interestingly, both this code and the code for the bad diverter valve, didn't trigger the check engine light. Must not be important enough. The check engine light does work, as it comes on with the other warning lights when you start the car.

Even though the check engine and other lights come on at start up, could the light be disconnected? Just because it comes on with the others, when the car starts, does it mean it's really connected? I've heard of people that modded their cars, and the new software triggers the light, so they just disconnect it. I don't know if that's whats going on, or if I just have a weird car.
