Fuel pump problem or electrical ?

This issue comes with no reason. Whenever i drive with low speed or just touch gas pedal it looses power. This video is recorded 3 months ago, after that, the sign was gone, today it appeared again. I do not understand what might cause this strange problem.

There is no check engine light, no error code in computer. Have you ever had similar problem ? Please see the video:

Almost seems like you might have a vacuum leak somewhere and that could be causing the bogging down at low speed. Might check the PCV as they can tear pretty easy. Just a guess though.
