I love my Audi, repairs are starting to add up. Front wheel bearings need to be replaced, oil service, trans service, BHS PCV upgrade, Coils, differentials need serviced. I sit and wonder if it's worth it the car has 99,400 miles so guess what, timing belt change is this list also $$$$$$. There's lots that I would like to do but for now it's trying to keep it reliable.
Most what you wrote is service to keep the car running well. Any other car with 100k miles is going to be in need of service. Comes down to if you really want to keep the Audi or get something else (with less miles).
The odometer just turned 100k this morning. Changed out the driver side front bearing last night, sounds better. Just out of ceriosity how much road noise are you getting from your A4. This I know on what tires, are there crappy brakes. It runs so great what is really hard to wrap the brain around is the timing belt issue. But it's a known fact, the owners manual states 110K have it changed.

I would not let the timing belt go to 110k. The dealership started pestering me at 75k (they said the interval was changed recently) and I had mine changed at around 80k.

I don't experience much road noise either. I have Dunlop tires on my car. I changed my belt out at 105k. I wouldn't wait much longer just to be safe. Timing belts do not give any notice before they break.
For the same reason you don't do it.
If you buy a German car with 86,000 miles on it, you have to like to work on cars. For the same money you could have bought a Toyota with 50,000 miles on it and probably just changed oil a few times by now.

Ok Toyota's are junk never owned one never will. Wheel bearing are now done, next timing belt here in the next week. I only paid 8k for the car and seen them go for 12k. The 12k car price has 30,000 more miles than mine so this makes it worth keeping the car. Besides where else can you have so much fun driving a German engineering automobile. Especialy for the price that I paid. If any one refers me to a Jap car they shouldn't be in this forum.
