Headlight aiming too low with aftermarket HID's

Would anyone know how to adjust these headlights? It aims way too low

At least with OEM there are some screws to adjust the height, but I don't know if that's on the housing itself or on the car, so you may not have them.

it is an OEM housing just HID bulbs and ballast were added to it.
