Hello Everyone,

I have a 2005 A6 Audi 3.2 that has factory xenon headlights. I just purchased a xenon bulb aftermarket headlight and was wondering if anybody has done this? Apparently I will need to cut the wires and connect it to the new headlights and make sure its getting the new voltage. Any suggestions or videos on how to do this? All advise is greatly appreciated.

It soulds like you bought an AMP style connector. If so, ditch the bulb and by the right d2s or similar from The Retrofit Source | Innovative Headlight Upgrades

I get all of my hid stuff from them, and they are no compromise and there bulbs are great and inexpensive.

If you start chopping up wires and crap to make this work you will have more headaches
