Hey headlamp question HELP

Default Hey headlamp question HELP
So I realized my B7 A4 did not come with projector headlamps. Can I buy headlamps off my buddy that has the projector headlights and just fit them in into mine? He has an 06 a4 as well.

The wiring harnesses are different, so you would have to get those, as well, and then you can use VAG-COM to reprogram the car to know it has xenon.

So size wise, it should fit though? The wiring and programming. Is that possible to do? Would it cost a Lot to do that? Thanks

Yeah, the size is the same. The wiring harness shouldn't be too expensive. And you can use the free version of VAG-COM with a $20 cable off of ebay to reprogram.
