Default Need help diagnosing no spark issue ECM

Hello everyone this is my first ride on this form I have tried posting to forms and the past however I have not really had much luck getting replies but I'm going to try this again. 😊 so my issue is I have a 2006 Audi A4 2.0T. LoL (just kidding I really like this car.) Okay so I have had it a week and it was working fine and then I went out to start it it started up and then about 30 seconds later it died and wouldnt restart. After a little research I found that the ECM fuse may have blown and so I checked that and it was blown. Next I replaced the blown 15A fuse with a 20A fuse. ( I think I made a big mistake here but I'm not sure? I see on the internet that a lot of computers for cars use 20 amp fuses so I don't know if this caused a bigger problem or not? The 20 amp fuse was on an accessory circuit that I didn't need and I really didn't think much about using the same exact amp fuse for some reason 🤦‍♂️) Next, I started the car and it ran for about 2 secs and again shut off. However, this time that same fuse was not blown but I did smell some kind of burning wire or Electronics smell and by the time I got back around to the hood I didn't see where any smoke might had came from but I could smell something, and it wasnt the fuse. I have seen a lot of forums that show where the wires to the coils get either brittle near coils / short near there which is what I was assuming the original problem was but when I got down to those wires under the plastic at the coils and follow them back a little bit to behind the engine between the firewall headed towards the computer there was no damage to any of the wires they all seem perfect so I'm not sure that was the original issue? ... (which I still need to diagnose) but now I'm having this new issue where the ECM fuse isn't blowing and I don't know if the computer is bad now or if something else blew? Will be checking all the fuses once again just for a start while I wait here &#128532

What do you think my original issue was?
&
What do you think my current issue is?

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you kindly in advance.
-Chris

So my motorcycle won't spark. Its a 250cc dual sport. Ive ruled out the spark plug boot, the cdi,the starter solenoid, and the battery. So at this point is it a pretty good bet that the problem is the stator or the wire harness? I already have a replacement stator and will be swapping them after work tonight. And I have a new Speed Test wire harness on the way
