Default Neutral Safety Switch

One of my friends is helping me diagnose my car and he's telling me the Neutral Safety Switch needs replacing (packrats got inside of my car and had a nice hay-day with all sorts of sensors). Anyways, he told me it's a flat object and I'm trying to find the part to order but I'm having difficulties even finding a part number. Can anyone help me out?

Apparently I didn't do my garage right.

I have a B7 Audi A4 (2006) 2.0T - Base

Following up, this car apparently doesn't have a neutral safety switch and this function is controlled by the transmission control module (which is covered under extended warranty up to 10 years or 100k).
