Hello,

I just picked up a new to me 2005.5 A4 Avant 2.0 with RNS-E and had two questions already.

1. The multifunction steering wheel does not seem to function at all. I have read the owners manual front to back and then went to play with some of the features of the car and I can't get the steering wheel to do ANY of the functions. Is there something easy I'm missing? I read in another forum that is has to be set up right with VAG-COM to work and my friend has one but I wouldn't even know where to look on the damn thing. I checked what I think is the fuse, #5 and it's fine. Is it common for these to fail?

2. There is no mention of the rear wiper anywhere in the manual and I didn't find any unacounted for switches so how do I turn that thing on?

Sorry to just join and ask questions but am loving the car so far but just want to get it all working.
