In the winter, I add a quart at 2,500, can make it 5,000 in the summer.

My B5 I would add a quart around 2500. My B7 doesn't drink oil like a lot of cars on the boards I've read about. I've gone a full 5000 miles and never needed to add more than a half quart of oil. I wonder what the actual cause for it is
