Last week I changed my oil myself I used Mobile 1 0w40 I accidentally used two seals im the filter housing and it began leaking I took it to jiffy lube and they replaced the filter and seal added another quart and said there was no more leak after driving it for a day I checked it again and it's still leaking on the filter housing any suggestions

I would go drain and remove the filter housing again. Inspect it for any cracks around the edges. As you know these are plastic filter housings. If you tighten them to much you can damage them. Make sure you have a new filter and gasket. While you are at it check that the drain seal is OK. Install the new gasket and filter and tighten to required torque (30nm). Check the oil level and fill it . Start and look for leaks. You may need to get a new filter housing if it still leaks. Good luck

Good suggestions. I would also add: Don't take your Audi to Jiffy Lube. Ever. I wouldn't trust them with a riding lawnmower.
