Sorry, this may be a dumb question, but I've used the same system for paint care for about 20 years. I'm just wondering if any of the younger guys have a better system than I'm using.

I usually strip the old wax/sap/oxidation off with Maguires #5 so I'm down to the clearcoat, then put on a coat of Mother's pure carnuba wax. I've heard some other stories about what people do, but wondering what your best care program is. Thanks.

 

I'm pretty new at this, but going over the car with a clay bar a couple times a year seems to be helpful.
