Default suspension question

Hi everyone,
I have an 07 a4 with the 2.0t fwd, I just bought it in november and haven't done much to it. However, I think one of the previous owners (there are 2) lowered the car, and I recently had to get new tires. I noticed the inside of the tires were bald and actually showing the wires in the belts.
My question is, what can I do to fix the camber without having to buy a new suspension kit? I know I need to get it aligned but if they tell me it's too far out of spec, is there a part I can get that you're supposed to install when you lower the car?

It should be able to be aligned into spec.

It was probably never aligned after lowering it.

but if all you do is put lowering coilovers on doesnt it require adjustable linkage? But then again I dont know much about how suspension work so you're probably right
