BTW not sure if you have seen this stuff in action but go to youtube if you want the see someone pulling it off chrome. It's amazing how easy it is to put on and pull off if you decide to later.

Yeah, I don't think so.

I recently purchased a Google Nexus 7 for myself to test to see if it would be good for the kids to each have one. They've been bugging the **** out of me to ket a Kindle Fire, and those things pretty much suck. So after a ton of research, I found that the Nexus 7 had all the features the kids need (I have twins, so what one gets, the other gets as well), so I bought myself one.

And downloaded this app: Torque. Awesome little tool that the developer is trying to get VAGCOM functions on. However, for now, I've been using it to get readings from the sensors.

This morning, I found that the onramp to the highway was clear, so on a rolling start (I think I was doing 25 mph), I booted it. Here is a graph of HP/Boost:

Size: 26.9 KB

Blue is HP, red is boost. Logging is set at 0.1 second intervals.

Here's a pic of how I set it up in the car.

PlastiDip is great. Not sure why you're dissing it. I just did all my chrome bits and a few other little things. It really does come off easily and completely when you want it to. I've been wanting to post pics for a while, I think I'll finally do it this week.
On a different topic, how's it going with that sway bar, TC? Didn't you get that a while ago? Are you waiting for the appropriate moment to sneak it in under your wife's oversight? I'm kinda waiting for your experience, before I get one myself, but I have a limited window before my fiancee comes back in town, at which point I'd have to explain why I spent so much money on a crooked metal bar rather than... shoes.

Hahahahahaha

Not dissing the plasti-dip, just doesn't do it for me I guess.

Haven't gotten to the sway bar yet because I don't have jacks, ramps, or time right now. Plugs were 10 minutes to do. That and my cousin, who has jacks and stands, is working third shift until Sept.

Oh, and my wife is nosey......

Installed RS 4 sway bar today. Took about 50 minutes using pneumatic ratchet. Barely had to lift the rear end. Car is different driving, for the better. Firmer around corners.

More to come.....

Still have not gotten the RAI downpipe in yet. However, I did pick up a set of spacers: 15mm rear, 10mm front, from a member on Audizine. I'm putting these aside for something I am cooking up....

So far, lots of pick ups, no install progress. Busy work and busy homelife = no time to get stuff installed.

So waiting in the queue:

Spacers
B5 Lowering cups for the front (getting rid of that rake)
H&R Sport Springs (for that subtle lowering)
RAI Downpipe

not a long list, but finding the time is killing me. Traveling to Tennesee for business this coming week.

I need to get a measurement of before springs/cups fender to ground on all sides, as well as before pictures.

just read through this whole thing, and found it extremely interesting. i got my first A4 about a week ago, and I'm loving it. It's at the shop right now getting the cam replaced under warranty (fricken sweet!). I'll probably follow a similar order to your mods. iPod, BSH PCV, DV, etc. Keep the posts coming!
