OK, I had a little accident and the trim around my grill got shattered. The grill is fine. But the problem is that you can not get the trim by itself, you have to replace the entire grill. So does anyone have any solutions? I have a 2007 A4 2.0T quatro sline. Has anyone replaced their grill and have an extra one laying around? Thanks in advance!

 

hmm i never removed the grill from the bumper cover but i do believe its attached to it i don't think they can be removed seperately. the grill form the trim that is... i know the grill can be removed from the bumper but not the grill trim from the grill.

however as a quick/cheap fix, less then $100 on ebay for a grill, not my style but wouldn't look terrible i guess, however another quick fix would be to pick up the chrome trim stuff from an auto part store and see what u can do yourself, $15 worst case scenario it doesn't work... (again can be found cheaper on ebay)

 

no its the trim that goes around the grill. If you look at the grill there is a plastic piece that goes around the entire grill. not the mesh part. It snaps on and off extremely easy. Some are Chrome, mine was black

 

huh, i never looked that closely at the grill i guess... again id just buy a cheap ebay grill and see if you cant take the trim off it or just use the grill itself. just my 2cents.
