Wood trim glued over brush metal ?
ya... thats almost as bad as the kia dealership right across from the audi dealership that i went to which has one of those gigantic inflatable red gorillas with a sign that says buy one get one free!?!?!.... i have always wondered how in the hell does that work out that they are making money doing that?
Sorry, I've been away on business. I tried to upload the photos but I kept getting errors. I'll try again today. I've since had the Wood tim kit removed (After some research, I found out that's what it was; an aftermarket trim kit.) The dealer told me they didn't know it was an after market kit as the car came from another dealer. They have since removed the kit and credited me with a $378 maintenance. The brush metal looks nice (a few scratches) but the there are glue stains all over the black areas and it looks really bad. Not sure what to do about that. Should I ask them to replace all of those pieces? I'm not even sure you can. The stains appear saturated in the black trim.
What options do I have? Should I demand they replace everything?
Oh, it say's I cannot post attachments. Do I need to upgrade my membership or something?

yeah you should demand them to either clean them until they look brand new or replace them... and i and 99.99% sure they are replacable because you can buy carbon fiber kits to replace the stock one that you have whether it be brushed aluminum or wood grain...
