Default wow, 2 hours with my new audi- 3 problems already

crap, not 2 hours with my 2007 Audi A4, I spot a crack in my windshield, i go to open my center console and it is cracked on the hinge, and my glove box begins to rattle and I notice it is hanging on the right side. I go to inspect the glove box and it looks like it was rigged. What the hell is this? This is a certified Audi, and this is the kinda crap they sell me? WTH? Im so pissed right now. I just emailed my salesman and he basically said sorry, deal is done-you bought it.

Geez im so pissed!!!!

Well......if its certified they should repair it for you now won't they. If the dealer doesn't want to play ball call AOA (audi of america) one call to them usually puts a dealer in thier place. Expect to get a call back from AOA saying that it will be all covered and the dealership should be kissing your *** in no time.

Well if certified I would cll the GM and let them know this is not passing a certified inspection. Be vary pissed and demand they pay for the repairs or go straight to Audi of America. I would give the GM a chance first.

I also bought a certfied audi and had them show me the "300 point inspection checklist". I swear it was pencil whipped because there were small things that were checked as passed and they were not. I made them fix it and clearly in your case make them fix it - without paying a deductible. I am usually too laid back to argue about anything but one thing I have learned is that being agressive at the delaership usually gets you what you want and I think the dealership expects it.

One of the smartest things I have ever heard. I bought mine certified with no problems but who would actually think to ask for the 300 point inspection sheet. Ingenious.

I am totally doing that from now on. I bet the salesguys eyes would pop as you found all the lies.
